Another Role Debut At The Metropolitan Opera And Live Stream Radio Performance

On Friday April 1st Lise will make her role debut as Chrysothemis in a revival of Patrice Chéreau’s renowned staging of Strauss’s shocking and unforgettable opera Elektra, conducted by Donald Runnicles. 

Lise will be singing with Nina Stemme, who is reprising her acclaimed performance as Elektra, and Michaela Schuster, as Elektra’s mother Klytämnestra.

There are six performances, with the final show on April 20th. On April 1st and 5th the audio will be streamed live on the Met’s website and broadcast on Met Opera Radio on Sirius XM Channel 355. The performance on the 16th April will be broadcast live on both Met Opera Radio and on the Toll Brothers–Metropolitan Opera International Radio Network.
