Flying Dutchman Recording Wins More Awards

Lise’s recording of Wagner’s Fliegender Holländer, with Gerald Finley and the orchestra of the Norwegian National Opera, conducted by Ed Gardner, has won the 2025 Diapason d’Or de L’Année award.

The Diapason d'Or de L’Année (French for «golden tuning fork of the year») is a prestigious award, decided by a jury of critics from Diapason magazine and broadcasters from France Musique

First awarded in 2007, the Diapason d'Or de L’Année is often described as the French equivalent of the UK’s Gramophone award (which Lise’s Flying Dutchman recording also won in 2025).

The trophies will be given out at the annual awards ceremony, which will take place at the Keilberth Hall in Bamberg on 18 March 2026, at a gala concert with several of the winners performing with the Bamberger Symphoniker, conducted by Jakub Hrůša.
