Finally we can share the great news that Lise will perform at the Last Night Of The Proms 2022, together with the amazing cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason.
The Last Night will be conducted by BBC Symphony Orchestra Principal Guest Conductor Dalia Stasevska, leading the BBC’s Symphony Orchestra, BBC Symphony Chorus and BBC Singers in a programme that will include arias by Wagner, Mascagni and Verdi, as well as the traditional Last Night favourites.
The concert will also include the world premiere of “1922”, a piece by the UK composer James B Wilson, commissioned to mark the BBC’s centenary year.

The Proms 2022 – “the world’s greatest classical music festival” – consists of eight weeks of concerts from July 15th to September 10th. The event was started by conductor Henry Wood in 1895 with the aim of bringing the best in classical music to the widest possible audience.
The Last Night Of The Proms will take place at 1915 on Saturday 10th September 2022 at The Royal Albert Hall.
